I have been in the sports and well-being industry since 2005 as a Personal Trainer, Synchronized Swimming Coach, Physical Educator and Swimming teacher. My main goal as a Holistic Trainer is to allow my clients to continually improve their health, strength and mobility, whilst reducing the risk of new injuries during and after training. No matter what your goals are, I can give you the tools and the step-by- step professional support you need to achieve them in order to feel free in both body and mind.
Through all my life I have being involved with aquatic sports, dance, martial arts, body consciousness and mobility training. All those experiences made me aware that we are not just passengers stuck in our bodies, we are the pilots, and we can shape, take and build our bodies the way we want.
My biggest achievement was to feel free in my own body and be able to move the way I want and where I want. Everyone is different and this is why Personal Training is the key to fulfilling your own potential to have not just a perfect body, but having the body to LIVE the LIFE you want.
