They say you never forget how to ride a bike, so let's put that to the test - get involved in this special Results Room Triathlon. The challenge must be completed on level 2 where we have a bike with a distance counter. You will spend 1 minute on each of the following exercises:
You and your trainer should make sure you have a free bike and rower to move to once you've started the run.
- You will spend one minute on the treadmill to run the furthest distance you can. You may use a rolling start (in order to build up some speed) of up to 30 seconds before you start the stopwatch on your one minute run.
- You'll have 30 seconds to move to the bike, and then cycle for distance for one minute.
- Then you have 30 seconds to move to the rower and begin your final one minute row for distance.
- Tally up your total distance in meters and put in on the Challenge Wall.
