August Challenge - 3 Minute Triathlon


They say you never forget how to ride a bike, so let's put that to the test - get involved in this special Results Room Triathlon. The challenge must be completed on level 2 where we have a bike with a distance counter. You will spend 1 minute on each of the following exercises:

  • Run
  • Bike
  • Row

You and your trainer should make sure you have a free bike and rower to move to once you've started the run.


  1. You will spend one minute on the treadmill to run the furthest distance you can. You may use a rolling start (in order to build up some speed) of up to 30 seconds before you start the stopwatch on your one minute run.
  2. You'll have 30 seconds to move to the bike, and then cycle for distance for one minute.
  3. Then you have 30 seconds to move to the rower and begin your final one minute row for distance.
  4. Tally up your total distance in meters and put in on the Challenge Wall.
