Clive - I've gotten so much fitter and stronger that it would be madness to do anything but continue

When I first came to Results Room, I was sceptical about how well I'd get on. I'd subscribed for the 21day challenge and thought well if anything I'd get a little bit fitter. Well I was blown away - within a week of sticking to the dietary plan and sweaty sessions required, I lost almost a kilogram of weight, and then after the three weeks I had lost 3kgs...my belly had gone a bit and I started to feel great. Now, two years later, I'm still coming along, getting excellent encouragement from Scotty, and have got so much fitter and stronger that it would be madness to do anything but continue to come along. And another great bonus that has delighted my dance instructor is that my posture has improved as a result of an improved core strength :)

So thanks heaps - I really benefit from coming to the Results Room
