Sometimes for whatever reason you just can't face a full breakfast, but you know you shouldn't skip it. Adding a home made juice or smoothy occasionally can be an excellent way to bolster your intake of nutrient-rich fruits and veggies. This shouldn't become a permanent substitute for a whole-food based breakfast though.

- 4-6C fresh kale, torn
- 2 granny smith apples
- approx 125ml coconut water (or just water)
- fresh ginger root (small piece to taste)
- 1/4 avocado
- mint leaves
Combine all ingredients into a juicer and juice away.
