I joined the Results Room in February after watching my weight slowly increase to an all time high at the and of 2013. While I have been successful losing weight before, the purpose for joining was to go beyond any results that I could achieve on my own and to instill lifelong habits. Shortly after joining came Results Room's Real Food challenge. I signed up and did my best to avoid diversions. I was committed to working with my trainer Chris to get results. The attached graph shows my steady progress. My progress has continued well after the real food challenge. I have lost 8.3 KGs, wearing smaller clothes, feeling good about my body even though it isn't where I want it to be.... yet.
However, I know that if I keep doing what I have learned from Chris and Results Room, that I will reach my overall goal of obtaining an athletic build.
