Hayley's Cacao Nut Clusters

These tasty morsels won runner up at the prestigious Real Food morning tea. Full of goodness you'll only need one or two to keep you going.

Prep Time: 15 minutes


  • 2T coconut oil
  • 1/3C honey
  • 1/2C peanut (or almond) butter
  • 1C shredded coconut
  • 1C flax fibre
  • 1/4C cacao (or cocoa) powder
  • 1/2C chopped almonds

1. In saucepan melt cocount oil on low heat, and stir in honey and peanut butter. 2. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until combined. 3. Spoon out mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper, and leave in fridge to set. 4. Can also be frozen to keep longer.
