Coming to the Results Room gym and training first with Chris M, and then with Ko P, has been great to guide me in keeping me fit and healthy for my outdoor pursuits. I enjoy the regular commitment where trainers and members are friendly and welcoming. Since injuring my foot earlier in the year Ko has provided excellent "workaround" sessions to develop my strength and fitness for the rest of my body, and keep up my motivation when the going gets tough.
I have gained losts of awareness of Healthy Eating whilst at the Results Room and found the Real Food diary helpful from the beginning.
Looking at holiday photos of me two months ago prompted me to refocus again on healthy eating and reduce weight. What was I doing!
With Ko I have found it easy to focus on keeping fit and strong and eating well.
Success to date has been over 6kg weightloss and great hopping strength for my 4 weeks on crutches! I look forward to great rehabilitiation and challenging sessions with Ko in the new year.
