Set yourself up directly under the pull up bar in the middle of Level 1. Anyone who can't touch the bar with both hands while up on tip toes reaching above their head may use a hanging ring as their touch-point. Your coach will guide you on setting this up.
You have 1 minute to complete as many belly ups as possible. You must ensure your belly completely touches the floor at the bottom, and both hands must touch the bar (or ring) at the top.
Count your reps as you go and post them to the Wall.
