Withink the 6 Week Real Food Challenge counting diversions is very strict. Often doing the standard Real Food Programme a coach will give a member leeway with the way they record diversions, depending on the members starting point, their goals, and their motivation levels. The Real Food Challenge takes away that leeway and creates a very black and white set of rules for measuring what a diversion is and isn't.
