As with our previous juice recipe use these occasionally as an alternative. They're great at snack times too if you're having a high energy day. This one is AMAZING!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 minute
- 1/2C carrot juice (or substitute with any other veg juice)
- 1/2 small ripe avocado, chopped
- 1/4C baby spinach
- 1/4C ice
- 3T wheatgrass juice
- 2T chopped fresh coriander
- 1 & 1/2T fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1/2t matcha tea powder
- Pinch fine sea salt
1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Smash it.
