A PASSION FOR FITNESS
My passion for health and fitness industry stems from motivating individuals to be successful in achieving their goals whether it is weight loss or sporting competition. My training style is about becoming efficient at movement and correcting postural imbalance through strength training. Each training is directed towards your own ability and challenging yourself to become better.
Since 2010, I have been working in a number of health and fitness industries from private personal training to professional sports teams. In addition, I have an extensive background in working with chronic diseases (stroke and cardiac) patients, which involved providing safe and effective training that helped them on the road to recover.
Lastly, I have a background in nutrition, which was the main focus in my Master’s thesis, therefore I have an understanding of personalising lifestyle changes that are sustainable to the individual.
I am a huge sports fan; enjoy training at the gym and the occasional surf. I have a thirst for knowledge in the industry so I love reading a variety of books whether its health, exercise or lifestyle. I also enjoy plenty of time spent with family and friends to even the work life balance.
