Results Room is a specialised Personal Training Studio, offering a friendly community
of people and experienced & passionate coaches.
Results Room offers between 1 - 3 personal training sessions
per week. These session lengths range from 30 to 60 minutes.
Results Room clients also have access to the SCS classes.

SCS CLASSES
From Functional fitness group classes to Olympic weightlifting, SCS
offers a range of different approaches to strength and conditioning.

Functional Fitness Group Classes
SCS’s Functional fitness classes combine
weightlifting, gymnastics, high intensity and endurance training.

Powerlifting
Powerlifting is a strength sport, consisting of three lifts: the squat, bench press
and deadlift.

Olympic Weightlifting
Olympic weightlifting focuses on performing two ballistic lifts with good technique over
the head.
