Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed being active and moving around. I have danced for 12 years, was involved in school soccer and hockey and then found a love for long-distance running. Lately, my focus has moved to more functional exercises and lifting weights.

I have always had a passion for working with people and helping people. Searching for the right avenue to channel this has lead me on to a few different paths, but ultimately being able to help people improve their fitness, general well-being, functionality and lifestyle is where my passion lies.


I enjoy seeing how gradual improvements can make great changes in the overall well being of a person’s life.

I have been involved in dancing since I was 8 years old, and love performing and dancing. I continue to dance, more for enjoyment than for performance. My style of training has adapted as my knowledge has grown and will continue to adapt.

Previously I have participated in a few half marathons, which I enjoyed and they have taught me a lot about mental strength and pushing through.

I currently am focused on weight lifting and enjoy pushing my body in other ways including high-intensity interval training, which is good for the body and mental well-being. Besides exercising, I enjoy being with family and friends, relaxing, reading a book, listening to music or going to the beach.
