My passion of Fitness started young, I have always wanted to create the best possible version of myself. Since being a regular gym goer for the past 3-4 years I have learnt to love and appreciate the awesome things our bodies do for us when we reward it with movement.
I am a huge fan of weight lifting, I believe movement and lifting weights are vital to provide us the longevity in life we all want. Keeping active, strong and healthy is so much more than aphysical reward to me but also mentally sets me up for my day with a positive mindset and a feeling of accomplishment.
When it comes to clients and personal training I find so much joy in watching people improve and progress through their fitness journey. Connecting with clients and being able to find what gives each individual their “why” and motivation is important to me, as I want to help make movement and lifting a lifestyle for my clients, and something they can enjoy for the rest of their life.

My interests include getting outside and going for big treks to see more of what our stunning country has to offer. I enjoy the simplicity of a good book and good old movie night.
Of course most of my interests involve keeping active, I like to try new sports and challenges when I can as well.
Also, I have an interest in personal growth. In my spare time I try to keep my brain active and keep learning where I can, as I believe the Fitness Industry has so much information and knowledge to offer.
