Karina gives us her thoughts:: What was the most challlenging part of lockdown for you? In general and health/fitness wise particularly? Initially, not being able to go to the gym and pole classes and the impact of this on how hard I've worked to achieve given goals but realising that I would be fine. I found it challenging not having too much to do as I didn't want to end up watching hours of Netflix. But it gave me a chance to focus on different bodyweight exercises and to get out to do runs/walks in parts of my neighbourhood that I hadn't seen before. Did lockdown

Found the most challenging part of lock down was the feeling of being trapped all wrapped up with feeling unmotivated at times and sleep patterns falling over the place. This is what Nate had to say: What was the most challlenging part of lockdown for you? In general and health/fitness wise particularly? Not real challenge for us (Laura and I), we got to dog sit 2 amazing labs for 4 weeks. Had a good space to train and a good routine. It was like a 4 week holiday. Monthly Challenge - May

00 Hollow tucks/ rocks 100 toe touches 100 bicycle crunches 100 ankle taps 100 Russian twists If you wish to make it harder, add 5 reps to each exercise every time you do the workout ie. 2nd attempt = 105 reps. 3rd attempt = 110 reps etc. Time and record your attempt to aim to repeat the workout throughout the month to improve on your previous attempt.
