August Challange

This Challenge is guaranteed to leave you gasping for air.
Set Up:
You’ll need a clear length of track, a sled loaded to 50kg men / 30kg women, and a free space on the ground to perform your mountain climbers.
Directions:
You have 5 minutes total to finish the first two activities in this challenge and then row as far as possible before your time runs out.
⦁    Push your loaded sled for 5 lengths of the track.
⦁    Immediately move to some free space on the ground and perform 30 mountain climbers (counting every other leg).
⦁    Begin on the rower and continue for a maximum distance before the 5 minute time limit runs out.
⦁    Your score is the distance you rowed.
