10 calories on the assault bike
15 x trx rows (ring rows)
20 x air squats
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.
Record how many rounds you have achieved and write it up on the board at Results Room.
Repeat the workout throughout the month to improve on your previous attempt.
