This month it is our Karina who brings us the Monthly Challenge for August:
8 Exercises: 29 reps
walking lunges (per leg)
DB shoulder press
Mountain climbers (per leg)
Burpees (variations if needed)
Complete the following for time: The movements must be completed in the order they are written and you must complete all reps before moving on to the next exercise.
Choose the weight options for your ability but movements can also be done as just bodyweight.
Time and record your attempt to aim to repeat the workout throughout the month to improve on your previous attempt.
