Monthly Challenge December

The last monthly challenge of 2020 is brought to you by one of our trainers Laura.


Her challenge for this month may seem super duper simple but it is very effective and all you will need is access to a rowing machine!


You have TWO minutes to burn as many calories as you can on the rower.


Time and record your first attempt and try to beat it throughout the month. You can even make it a competition between your friends or trainers. Below is a short video of coach Laura showing us how it's done!
