November Monthly Challenge

A new month means a new challenge!


November’s monthly challenge is called “Beach Season” and is brought to you by Rueben, one of our trainers here at Results Room.

You have 12 minutes to complete as many rounds and reps as possible of each exercise.


Exercise 1 ~ 15 pushups (you can scale to your knees or a box if needed)

Exercise 2 ~ 20 sit-ups (use an ab mat as seen in the video if you need lower back support)

Exercise 3 ~ 25 air squats

Try this out, time and record your attempt and then try again throughout the month to beat your first attempt. Below is a video for some guidance on each move!
