Because we aren't a gym, you will never be dropped into a room full of people and left to figure it out yourself.
Every Results Room client has a dedicated personal trainer -
an expert fitness professional who will guide, challenge and hold you accountable through every step of your results journey.
Our Sweaty Sessions exercise system will ensure that you get the most out of your training time. Sweaty sessions are at least a half hour of exercise in which you work up a sweat. What’s sweaty to you may not be for someone else – your trainer will make sure your sweaty session is personally suited to you. These sessions will consist of functional big-energy exercises tailored together in Results Room’s unique circuit style.
At Results Room we make sure you are accountable - to the goals that you set yourself, and to your trainer. With the help of your trainer you will plan your exercise ‘ideal week’, have your fitness goals regularly measured and re-set, as well as never going more than a week before you see your trainer again. You’ll never get bored with a programme as they’re updated as soon as you’re ready to progress, and you’ll never waste time on ineffective exercises.
Exercise is important, but to get the best results you need to consider the bigger picture: using our Real Food guidelines, our accountability system, and our Sweaty Session training, we get you results from day one.
